Cancer survivor says process ‘changes your life’
If you know Lou, you also know she is not a limelight person and would rather I didn’t post this here. But this is the perfect place to write about a woman who has stared cancer in the eye, swallowed hard and kept moving. Those of us on the sidelines sat mesmerized. She had many opportunities to waiver, or at the very least complain….instead she chose the road less traveled and we followed. To you Lou, Proud doesn’t even come close to summing up how I feel. For teaching me to be humble, strong, appreciative, content and making unbelievable memories along the way: Thanks my friend…..today this is for you. And today this is to the FUTURE~ You are a tenacious bitch!
